Frequently Asked Questions

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Small items sent by Royal Mail will be dispatched same day if ordered by 3.30PM

Large items have a cut off of 1.30PM as this is the earliest point at which our courier may arrive. We will endeavour to dispatch orders received later but this may be the following working day and always if received after 2.30PM

Some items may have slightly longer dispatch times, this is in the event of a special order or if dispatched directly by our supplier. This will be clearly specified if applicable on the product page.

What courier do you use?

Our main courier is UPS. In some cases we may use Interlink Express. Both couriers will send text messages or emails with tracking details. Where a product is sent via courier we will always provide tracking details via email.

Where an item is sent direct from a supplier, we cannot specify which courier they will use. We cannot usually obtain tracking details until the day after dispatch, however, most of their couriers will provide you with text message notifications.

What if I am not in to receive my delivery?

If this is an issue please let us know. With courier items we can leave instructions to leave items with neighbours or in a safe place. However, this is at your own risk. We are unable to leave instructions with Royal Mail items, however, if missed these can usually be collected from a local delivery office or post office.

Do you have a shop?

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, of course, however, we can only deliver to the card registered address and we must be able to verify the address details.
