Delivery & Returns
Please note that there may be some delays to parcels over the Chrismas and New Year Period.
Our Delivery is simple. We offer Fast Free Delivery on all items over £15.00. This does exclude large items that require courier delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands (including Isle of Wight)
When you go to checkout our systems will tell you the exact shipping options to your delivery address.
We regret we do not currently ship items to international destinations.
Order before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) for large items, and 3.30 pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) for small items and your order will be dispatched the same working day.
We regret we are unable to ship items during weekends or bank holidays
These are sent using Royal Mail. We offer the following services:
Royal Mail 48 - Orders less than £15 - £1.99. Orders over £15 - Free.
Delivered anywhere within the UK including offshore locations. Usual delivery time is 2-3 working days. Those in offshore locations such as Orkney, Shetland and the Channel Islands may find delivery times are slightly increased.
Royal Mail 24 - Orders less than £15 - £3.99. Orders over £15 - £1.99.
Delivered anywhere within the UK including offshore locations. Usual delivery time is next working day but is not guaranteed. Those in offshore locations such as Orkney, Shetland and the Channel Islands may find delivery times are slightly increased.
Next Day Delivery - £6.99 (This service is only available to customers in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands)
This is a next working day courier delivery service and excludes Saturday delivery.
Our large items require courier delivery. These will be sent on a Next Working Day Service (to Mainland UK)
Standard Mainland Delivery - Free
Usually delivered the next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays. (This service is only available to customers in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands) If delivery time is longer this will be specified on the item description.
Postcodes AB (Non-Highlands) and DD - May take an additional working day for delivery but are charged as standard delivery.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands - £7.50
Usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Please note that for particularly large packages (combined length and girth over 330cm) we reserve the right to repackage items into smaller boxes so that they can be accepted by standard courier services.
We use industry leading couriers to offer the best and fastest possible service to our customers. However, from time to time delays to deliveries can happen, especially in the periods around a bank holiday and leading up to Christmas and for that reason we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. We would also request that you allow an additional day for delivery immediately following a bank holiday. We will provide customers with large items tracking information. All our delivery dates are estimated. We are happy to leave instructions to leave with neighbours or in safe places, however, this is at the customer's risk. Please note we are unable to give instructions with items delivered by Royal Mail.
Lost items and damaged items
In the highly unlikely event your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement item or full refund at your choice. Please note that we require a minimum of 15 days from the expected date of delivery before we can consider an item as lost. You may also be required to make a written declaration that you have not received an item.
Once you receive your item please ensure you check it over for any damage at the first opportunity. If the box is it arrives in is visibly damaged, please sign for the parcel as damaged. Please inform us as soon as you find any damage, but within 3 days of delivery. In the event of damage on arrival this will of course be replaced.
Returns - Non Faulty Items
You may cancel your order placed on our website at any time up to 14 days from delivery. You must inform us either by telephone or email. Return delivery is at your expense. Items must be new, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund in the event that an item has been damaged or tarnished by over handling. Pushchairs may not be returned once they have been used outside. Car seats may not be returned once the security tags have been removed. For reasons of hygiene, Nappies (including swim nappies) and mattresses may not be retuned after they have been removed from their original packaging.
Returns - Faulty Items
If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault please inform us and we will try to resolve this for you. In the event of a manufacturing fault with your product, we will offer the following resolutions:
Within 30 Days of Delivery - A repair, replacement or if you prefer a full refund.
Between 30 days and 6 months - A repair or replacement product at our discretion.
More than 6 months from delivery - You may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact either ourselves or the manufacturer who will be able to advise.
In the event of a manufacturing fault within 6 months we will cover all shipping costs in relation to resolving your issue. If, however, it is found that a fault is not due to manufacturing but rather misuse, or accidental damage, then we reserve the right to charge an admin fee to cover shipping costs. We can then contact the manufacturer for a repair quote. You may find that accidental damage may be covered by your home insurance. By misuse we also include wear and tear as a result of failure to properly maintain your item.
